The neighborhood kids love Sean.  They come over every day to see if “Jett” can play.  They know how it works!  Sean pulls out all his toys to entertain Jett and his friends :)

Jett is a huge fan of the pool!  he even ditched the floaty suit and just went with the arm floaties this time.  Big boy!

Lila is a little fearless about most everything.  She just wanted “more, more, more” of this stuff.

We headed out to Palm Desert for another little vay cay and the first thing Lila wanted to do was feed the ducks outside our room.

We’ve been trying to beat the heat since it just keeps getting hotter!  Today we met Kate at the splash park.  Jett and Lila thought it was the coolest place ever! 

Day 195

Jett and Lila had their first dentist appointment today!  The dentist was super awesome and had video games, a play kitchen, toys, games – everything a toddler could ever want.  The dentist even sang songs the entire time she worked!  I thought teaching kindergarten was putting on a circus show - but I got nothin on this place.  It was an unexpectedly GREAT time!

Both kids got great reports and cool new electric toothbrushes.  I think we have two huge dentist fans!

Trying to stay cool with a early morning boat ride.  Lila decided she’d like to try her hand at driving this time.

Jett had his BFF Braden over for the day.  It was a busy day of playing!  I’m not sure who’s idea it was but I found them using a bat and a golf club to sword fight each other.  Or wait…maybe those are supposed to be light sabers?

Lila was a BIG fan of swimming in Palm Desert.  She had this look on her face pretty much the whole trip!

We spent a couple days out in Palm Desert for another Owens family vacation.  Jett’s favorite part was floating down the lazy river.
