Day 151

Today we got to see Lila’s friend Kate and her mommy Jen.  Unfortunately both Lila and Kate were on the move the entire time and I didn’t get ONE decent picture!  The little girls were everywhere!  Luckily Jen brought some Fig Newtons to feed the ducks.  Nothing but gourmet for these ducks!

Day 150

We finally made it to one of Luke’s soccer games today.  Another win for the Stingers…way to go!

Day 149

We kicked off the start to Memorial Day weekend with a parade right in our neighborhood.  We walked to the end our our street and parked our stroller for a great spot for watching and candy catching :)

It definitely feels like summer so we decided to take an impromptu trip down to the water for lunch with our friends the Carvers.  We were watching Jacob for the day so he came along too!  Luke found some “treasures” at the beach and made himself a Samurai costume.  So creative, don’t you think?

Day 144

Grandma and Grandpa brought down some cotton candy when they came to visit and it’s become a breakfast time battle ever since.  Lila seems to think the fluffy treat is a great way to start the day.  We disagree.  Sometimes though…she is really fast and gets to the pantry first!

This picture doesn’t look like much.  BUT if you’ll notice all three boys are very much enjoying this dinner.  No goofing, no complaining.  NOTHING.  Just pure happiness and focused eating.

The secret?  Sean’s famous specialty….hamburger helper.
